A UK study from Trinity Mirror Solutions found that more than half of adults do not trust a brand until they see "real-world proof" that the brand is keeping its promises. This just means that you need to connect by showing your human side. Focus on building relationships, show behind the scenes, share testimonials and experiences.

But for this to work you must engage - get in their notifications! Stay active and respond and like and repost and connect..... and repeat.
